Should Taxes be Increased or Decreased in America?

The Federalist Society hosted a debate on taxes in the Blake Law Center on November 15. The topic, "Should Taxes be Increased or Decreased in America," was discussed by Grover Norquist, executive director of Americans for Tax Reform, and Gerald Friedman, professor of Economics at the University of Massachusetts. The event was moderated by William Metzger, professor of Law at Western New England.
