Law and Business Center to Hold Free Workshop on Products Liability

The Western New England College Law and Business Center for Advancing Entrepreneurship will present an information session on products liability Thursday, January 20 from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Indian Orchard Mills Dane Gallery, 34 Front Street, Springfield. The session is free and open to the public.
During the session, a panel of experts will provide an overview of product liability law and risk management strategies for small businesses and manufacturers. Presenters include Professor William Childs, Western New England College School of Law; Michael McMyne, SVP & Chief Claim Officer, Burlington Insurance Group Guilford Specialty Group; and Attorney George Marion, Bulkley, Richardson, and Gelinas, LLP.
The Western New England College Law and Business Center for Advancing Entrepreneurship uses the combined resources of the College's School of Law and School of Business to provide practical consultation to entrepreneurs and foster new business development.
