The School of Law's Federalist Society hosted its first debate of the semester on January 19 in the Blake Law Center Commons. Senior Attorney at the Institute for Justice Clark Nelly and Professor of Law Bruce Miller debated on the topic of whether or not Patient Protection and the Affordable Care Act are unconstitutional. Professor of Law Barbara Noah moderated the event.
