Posted Monday, March 21, 2011
The Massachusetts Appeals Court will hear oral argument in a session at the Western New England College School of Law on Tuesday, April 5 at 9:30 a.m. The session will take place in the Blake Law Center’s J. Gerard Pellegrini Moot Courtroom and is scheduled to last until approximately 12:30 p.m. The session is open to the public.
Justices are scheduled to hear six cases, with the Honorable Joseph A. Trainor, the Honorable Kent B. Smith, and the Honorable William J. Meade sitting for the Court. The Massachusetts Appeals Court typically holds sessions twice per year at the School of Law, providing the public an opportunity to observe appellate arguments. The sessions provide an invaluable educational opportunity for Western New England College School of Law students who may someday argue a case before the Court.
