Debate: U.S. Detention Policies A Decade After 9/11

On March 30, the Blake Law Center Commons hosted a debate on "U.S. Detention Policies A Decade After 9/11: Two Perspectives on National Security." The event, which was presented to a standing room only crowd, featured Michael Sullivan of Ashcroft Sullivan LLC and Pardiss Kebriaei of the Center for Constitutional Rights and was moderated by Associate Professor of Law Matthew Charity. This debate was sponsored by the National Lawyer's Guild Western New England College School of Law Chapter, Federalist Society, South Asian Law Student Association, and Pioneer Valley No More Guantanamos.
