Debate: Second Amendment Rights

The School of Law's Federalist Society hosted a debate on "Second Amendment Rights after Heller and McDonald" on April 6. The event featured Attorney Edward Pikula from the City of Springfield Law Department and Attorney Alan Gura of Gura & Possessky P.L.L.C, who served as the attorney who argued for both plaintiffs in Heller and McDonald before the Supreme Court. Professor of Law Leora Harpaz served as moderator.
