Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010

The School of Law hosted a panel discussion on April 11 which took a closer look at the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010, commonly referred to as Obamacare. Panelists for the event included Professors of Law Leora Harpaz, Bruce Miller, Sudha Setts, and Arthur Wolf. The event addressed the recent argument before the United States Supreme Court and commented on the presentations, the issues raised, and what the Court may do.
