The Western New England University School of Law’s Center for Gender & Sexuality Studies will host a discussion of the two cases before the Supreme Court dealing with same-sex marriage on Wednesday, April 3 at 12:00 noon in the Blake Law Center Commons. The session will feature excerpts from the oral arguments in cases involving challenges to California’s voter-approved ban of same-sex marriage and the federal Defense of Marriage Act.
