Clason Speaker Series Examines Terrorism Prosecution

The School of Law’s Clason Speaker Series hosted a talk by Wadie Said, associate professor at the University of South Carolina School of Law on April 5. The talk, entitled “On the Criminal Terrorist Prosecution,” analyzed the challenges inherent in modern terrorism prosecution. Said covered such topics as coercive interrogation, the use of informants, and the ban on providing material support to designated foreign terrorist organizations.
