Intellectual Property Law Association

The purpose of the Intellectual Property Law Association is to acquire knowledge of the legal principles of intellectual property, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and unfair competition law; to build relationships with practicing attorneys within the field of intellectual property; to organize and promote events designed to generate interest and awareness in current intellectual property related law concerns; and finally, to explore various aspects of intellectual property careers.

Membership to the Intellectual Property Law Association is open to all students, faculty, and staff of Western New England University School of Law.
