GENERAL INFORMATION

Professor Harpaz began her teaching career at Osgoode Hall Law School in Ontario Canada. Before joining the Western New England University School of Law faculty in 1976, she was engaged in private practice in New York City for two years. Her scholarly writing is in the area of the First Amendment. Her scholarship has explored the intersection of the First Amendment and the Internet and the First Amendment rights of public school students. Professor Harpaz retired from the faculty in 2013.
