GENERAL INFORMATION

Professor Lusardi, who practiced law at Hinckley, Allen, Salisbury and Parson of Providence, Rhode Island, served also as Law Clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Edward W. Day for the District of Rhode Island. A member of the full-time faculty since 1976, he served as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs from 1982-1984 and from 1994-1999. His areas of interest are civil procedure and business organizations.
