GENERAL INFORMATION
Professor Noah received her undergraduate degree in English Literature from Union College, summa cum laude. After completing her studies at Harvard Law school, she spent two years in private practice in Washington, DC, specializing in food and drug law. She then taught Health Law and Bioethics courses for eight years at the University of Florida’s Colleges of Law, Medicine, and Health Professions as a Lecturer in Law. Professor Noah also has prior experience as a member of a hospital ethics committee and an institutional review board at Florida’s teaching hospitals. She joined Western New England University’s law faculty as an Associate Professor in 2005 and teaches Torts and a variety of Health Law subjects, including Bioethics, Liability and Quality Issues in Health Care, Health Care Finance and Delivery, Public Health Law, Genetics and Law, and Food and Drug Law. Her current research interests include pediatric and adolescent health issues, conflicts in end-of-life decision making, clinical research ethics, and the impact of politics in science and medicine.
