All of Findlaw's resources on Property Law are accessible from this page, including attorney and expert witness referral sources. A lengthy list of databases, newsletters, and other web-based sources of information is available to assist practitioners. These resources include government publications from the Departments of Housing and Urban Development and the Interior.
DIRT receives support from the American Bar Association Section on Real Property, Probate and Trust Law and the University of Missouri, Kansas City, School of Law, but is editorially independent from both groups. The searchable archives and contributed articles and forms are available at the site. "Daily Developments," which summarize information from the Quarterly Report on Developments in Real Estate Law, are browseable for dates from 1995 to present. This magazine, from the American Bar Association's Section on Real Property, Probate and Trust, makes some of its content available public, including the table of contents and selected articles in HTML from the past several months of the magazine, as well as a topical index for issues from 1995 to present.
