Retrieval Request Form

A Retrieval Request form is used to help us provide the following services to patrons with physical restrictions. The Law Library will retrieve books, photocopy articles and case decisions, and retrieve LexisNexis and Westlaw printouts upon request. Please allow 24-hour turnaround time. All requested material will be kept on the Hold Shelf at Circulation. For additional types of assistance, please contact the Associate Dean for Library and Information Resources at (413) 782-1201. For information on retrieval requests please contact Nicole Belbin, Head of Access Services, with any questions or concerns at (413) 782-1484. PLEASE COMPLETE ALL APPROPRIATE INFORMATION AND SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING FORM. It will be received by Nicole Belbin, nbelbin@law.wne.edu.
