Broaden Your Horizons: Expand Your Expertise Through Online Learning
A leader in innovative LL.M. programming, Western New England University offers a live, interactive online program in Estate Planning and Elder Law.
This program is designed to help attorneys expand their practices into this high-growth area. Our unique online delivery models makes these programs available to busy professionals nationwide who are looking to enhance their skills while studying part-time in just two to three years.
In the fall 2012, we added a full-time option to the LL.M. In Estate Planning and Elder Law. This option is ideally suited for recent graduates looking to strengthen their J.D.s with specialization in this practice area.
Classes Taught Live in Real-time
Our online program removes the barriers of distance to make the program available to students throughout the United States, even when they are traveling abroad. This approach to distance learning provides unprecedented interaction with classmates and faculty, bringing the immediacy of the classroom experience directly to your home, office, or wherever you may travel.
Estate planning often requires the services of more than just an attorney. Accountants, financial services, and insurance professionals all play critical roles in the process. It’s important for these non-legal personnel to have a proper understanding of the legal realities of estate planning in order to serve their clients and the attorneys they work with. Western New England University School of Law is proud to announce the creation of the Master of Science in Estate Planning and Elder Law. This part-time, online program will feature specially designed courses for non-lawyers to complement their professional practice with vital legal concepts.
