LL.M. in Estate Planning

Our LL.M. Program in Estate Planning and Elder Law teaches the practical aspects of drafting estate plans, administering the settlement of estates, and representing elderly clients. This program provides the essential legal training in areas of the law that are vital for estate planners and elder law attorneys.

LL.M. in Closely-held Businesses

We offer the only live, interactive online program in closely-held businesses in the country. Our courses cover a variety of legal areas, including shareholder agreements, limited liability company operating agreements, business financing, taxation of subchapter S corporations, taxation of partnerships and limited liability companies, employment law, copyright law, trademarks, trade names, and trade secrets.

Live and Online

All courses in our LL.M. programs are taught live and are completely interactive. In other words, the classes are in real time. In our live, synchronous system, the professor can engage students in discussions. As an added feature, all of our online classes are also recorded for later review. Read more about our highly personal virtual classroom experience.

Professor Frederick D. Royal, Associate Dean of LL.M. Programs at Western New England University School of Law, looks forward to talking with you at an online open house. Please join us!
