Predatory Lending: Who's to Blame?

On January 18, 2006, Professor Patricia A. McCoy, University of Connecticut School of Law, delivered a Clason series lecture entitled "Predatory Lending: Who's to Blame?" exploring the growth of predatory mortgage lending practices, their nature and the economic and psychological phenomenon that explains their presence in the martket place. Professor McCoy addresses the policy questions which are inescapably raised by her empirical observations.
